First, here, for no real reason, is a palm tree. Enjoy.
It’s been exactly one week since my last post, one week since I completed my year-long post-a-day project. A year is a long time to do anything. There were many days that I wanted to give up, which I’m sure I mentioned several times here and there, but ultimately I’m glad I made it through.
I wanted to post to update everyone on what I’ve been up to in the last week: watching movies and going to bed early. If you follow me on twitter, you’ll know that I’ve been posting a tweet with a Movie of the Day. I don’t really comment on them other than that, so, for those of you wondering, here’re my thoughts on the movies I’ve tweeted about.
Not as hilarious/exciting/perplexing as some of my previous posts this week, but I like it and I think you should, too. Go on. Like it. I dare you.
Nick and I turned into shadows for a bit while I was home. We got better, though.
A quaint footbridge in an awesome park in Montgomery, Ala. That’s all you really need to know to appreciate this picture. Okay, okay, there’s a troll underneath. There, are you happy now?
Another day, another tree standing on its own. I mean, it’s standing on its own if you ignore that one sort of in the back.
Also, I now have 100 days left until I’ve completed one year’s worth of daily posts. Tomorrow, I’m back in the double digits. Exciting times. Maybe the posts will reflect that excitement, though I can’t guarantee it.
Getting over jet lag and burning through a few photos over the next couple days that I took while on vacation. Enjoy.
I’ve never seen this much snow before. It’s almost overbearing and it’s incredibly cold. I used to have these romantic ideas regarding the snow, like embracing a lover or running around having snow ball fights, but all of that is garbage. If you’re not prepared for it, you will absolutely die in that white abyss. As I’m currently finding out. Yes, I’m lost out here in the snow. If possible, please send a search party.
